Myself and my husband have been tenants at Aria for the last 3 years and have recently signed for another year. Our experiences with the property management team have been nothing but positive since we first viewed our apartment. We would make special mention of Jason who initially took us to view the apartment and was an absolute star helping to get all our paperwork in order and turned around in an efficient and timely manner. We have always been very impressed with the teams (and in particular Jason's) commitment to a consistent high level of customer service. For example when there have been maintenance issues with our apartment they have been swiftly actioned and resolved with either the service provider or the team advising what action has been taken or providing a follow up call. Having rented in other large apartment blocks we know first hand that this is not always the case and value the efforts the team make to go above and beyond to ensure their tenants are happy. With regards to the shared and outside areas they are well maintained and clean at all times. Myself and my husband would highly recommend the Aria Property Management team.

I’ve moved in the ARIA apartments in 2010. It is now 2016 and I am EXTREMELY happy with where I am. As a tenant, I have always been made to feel special. The property management side of Beere Property has always been amazing in terms of their communication, response time and flexibility. So much so that, when I moved in 2012 to another apartment, I insisted I stay in the ARIA building – mainly due to the property management that I was comfortable with AND the building management side of Beere Property. I once had an issue with a couple of lose tiles and reported it to the property manager at 9 AM – by the time I was back at 6, it was already fixed. That’s GREAT service (and it works both ways – for tenants and landlords, equally). There are lots of such examples of great management. I have lived in Australia since 1992 and I have never had a better property or building managers The Building management side is equally amazing – small things (or slightly bigger things) get fixed on the spot, before they become a bigger issue. As an example from the tens of reference experiences – the exit gate stopped working on a weekend. Within 15 minutes, alternate (yet still secure) arrangements have been made so that the cars wouldn’t be stuck inside or outside the building, without access. On a weekend! Also, the building has just been painted on the exterior (after it has been painted on the interior, new carpet and LED lights done). These are just few of the improvements that have been done – not to mention the exceptional cleanliness and maintenance of the interior and exterior. After hours, I feel peaceful and secure due to the on-site after hours security patrols – with great patrolmen who know personally everyone and their cars in the complex. As a CEO of a training company, my time is very precious (and often scarce). In all my dealings with the building and property management sides or ARIA Management I have seen the utmost efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. I recommend Beere Property Management, without reservation, to any individual or company looking to buy or rent. ARIA is really the place to be.

I am a senior Strata Manager at Bright & Duggan, and have been the Strata Manager for Palladium Apartments at Pyrmont since 2006. I have been asked to provide a reference for Jeff & Nicola Beere who have been managing Palladium Apartments since May 2007. Palladium is a large residential complex of 279 apartments, pool, gymnasium, rooftop balconies, courtyard areas and extensive gardens. Prior to their arrival the Palladium had a reputation for noisy parties and overcrowding. There were ongoing conflicts between disenfranchised owners, the owner's corporation, previous management and myself. Since arriving in 2007, Jeff & Nicola have taken control of the building by vetting and selecting only suitable tenants, monitoring and managing their behaviour. This has greatly reduced problems in the complex and improved harmony in the building. Their team has succesfully managed a number of large projects including builders defect fire rectification work, replacement of common area lighting, repainting the building, and upgrading the intercom system. The team at Palladium Management have always worked cooperatively with myself, the Owners Corporation and the residents to resolve any issues. The building is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff & Nicola to manage other complexes and wish them every future success.

Since May 2007, the Owners Corporation have employed the services of Jeff & Nicola Beere and their team as the Onsite Managers for the Palladium Apartments. The Owners have great confidence in this team and they way they manage the complex. The Palladium Apartments is a large complex of 279 residential apartments with features such as a swimming pool, spas, sauna and gymnasium as well as central courtyard garden. In the time the above team have been Onsite Managers, apart from the usual every day management duties, they have also overseen the interior painting of the building, managed the requirements of a council fire order, currently managing the external painting of the building, the upgrading of the intercom system and many other smaller items which all require commitment, conscientiousness and a good understanding of the technical requirements on how to manage a building. The Palladium has a very proactive Owners Corporation Committee which meets regularly. The input from the On site Management have made for the smooth and satisfactory running of this complex.
